Techniques used include value clarification, goal setting, identifying and developing plans of action, examining modes of operating, reasons for choices and making empowering decisions.
All of these are agreed between our client and our coach. Our approach, which is not advice, therapy or counselling, may address specific or general conditions in our client’s profession. Our relationship and the effectiveness of the process will be at its most potent in the contexts of human dignity and honesty. In this respect, our coach promises that all information provided by our client will be kept strictly confidential, unless agreed otherwise; naming specific individuals and circumstances and will be within legal constraints and requirements.
Throughout the working relationship, our coach and client will engage in personal conversations. To this end our client can depend on our coach being honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. Our client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by themselves.
What benefits can I expect from working with our coach?
A number of benefits are available from participating. Often it is helpful just to know that someone understands and is on hand to move you to your goals by seeking clarification, preparedness and commitment from you. We expect that all of our clients will develop a greater understanding of their capacity to make positive changes happen.
Is Coaching About Challenge?
