Most of us will agree there are too many meetings and that many of them are unnecessary.  This programme will make you aware of reasons for holding meetings, inviting the right participants, the need for agendas and alternatives to meetings. It will also advise the reason for basic ground rules that everyone follows.

Mentor Training

Mentoring is a learning and support mechanism where an experienced person provides guidance, knowledge and advice to someone in development or who has less experience in a given topic or function. Mentors have a varied role from a ‘challenging friend’ who acts as a sounding board, shares experiences and facilities the mentee’s development to an ‘assessor’ who may also be required to access competences and skills.
